It is surrounded by well established businesses such as Best Western Inn, Fortune Mandarin Restaurant, Lowes, Skagit Public Utility District, etc.
It's got frontal signage on Freeway Drive, where you can have your business name displayed.
Building
Tridex is a professional office building. It has general use offices on 1st and 2nd floor as well as storage units in the basement. Among our tenants are insurance agents, lawyers, counselors, etc. There are 18 off-street parking spots adjacent to the property. We've got two common areas (one on each floor) with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, basic essentials; three common restrooms (one on the ground level and two upstairs); large reception desk upstairs, conference room downstairs. Each tenant has access to a free mailbox located right next to the building. We also have storage units available for lease.
The building is cleaned by a professional janitorial service once a week at no charge to tenants. There is free wifi. All utilities are included in the rent.
Security cameras are monitoring the perimeter of the building.
